Havana, Cuba. - Human being´s biological time is unstoppable and ephemeral at the same time.  
 
However, it is not a utopia to assert that Camilo Cienfuegos will stay young forever, although he would have turned 78 last February 6. He is the true incarnation of the Cuban Odysseus, with his green olive jacket and wide-brimmed hat. 
 
The son of Herminia and Jose was very Cuban from head to toe. He loved talking, joking and easily fell in love. He was also enterprising; friendly; humane; honest and generous. The smiling thin man from the neighborhood of Lawton never bragged about his courage, but always proved it in the first line of fire. 
 
He defied bullets and dodged them, perhaps with the gift of flesh and bone human beings chosen by history. It is only fair to say that men should not be measured by the size of their chest. 
 
Because of all those qualities, Commander Camilo Cienfuegos will never be away. He accompanies us with his unconditional loyalty to Fidel and the Revolution; with his smile, look, good mood and the braveness that always scares the spineless and traitors.
